Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC)
We support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This includes help with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication assistance, household chores, and community participation to promote independence and well-being.
HPC Transportation
Safe and reliable transportation for individuals to and from work, medical appointments, community activities, or other essential destinations as part of their personalized care plan
Residential Respite
Offers short-term care in a safe, supportive environment when primary caregivers need relief. This service ensures individuals continue to receive quality support, supervision, and engagement during their stay.
Shared Living
Individuals with developmental disabilities live in private family homes with trained caregivers. This setting provides a family-oriented environment that promotes inclusion, independence, and meaningful daily experiences.
DD Waiver Nursing
Services are provided by licensed nurses to meet the medical needs of individuals enrolled in DODD waivers. Services include health monitoring, medication administration, skilled nursing procedures, and coordination with healthcare providers.
